Home
Gloucestershire Bike Project is a not for profit social enterprise based in Barton Street in Gloucester. For us it's all about the bikes. We love bikes, everyone here loves to work on the beautifully crafted vintage bikes. We love the sleek pared down style of classic racers, we love chunky grimey off roadsters.. if it's a bike, chances are someone here at the project will love it. Either because they will have fond memories of it as a child or they get a great deal of pleasure using it now.
We always have a stock of everyday bikes in as well as vintage and retro bikes.
We sell a wide range of fully refurbished bicycles, including adults and childrens bikes.
Once our bikes have been checked over, serviced and refurbished, we offer them for sale at our Barton Street workshop at very reasonable prices. What we have in stock varies from day to day, we sell racers and iconic vintage machines, mountain bikes, ladies stepthrough town bikes and dutch style loop frames, shoppers and childrens bikes. We always have some very reasonably priced bikes in stock, as we understand that not everyone is looking for a clasic bike, so we always have some bikes that make great commuting bikes or leisure bikes as well as the more rare classic bikes.
Prices start at £15 for kids bikes and £50 for adults mountain bikes, with racers and vintage bikes starting at around £75.
As what we have in stock changes from day to day, it is always worth popping in and having a look. We strive to provide the community with access to reasonably priced, roadworthy bicycles that are serviced to a very high standard by our Cytech Level 3 mechanic.
Viewings and try outs are welcomed and encouraged.
